A foam-backed, silicone carbide based abrasive with a stearate coating, Platin was specially developed for high-gloss finishes on closed surface materials such as solid surface, plastics and grp, as well as fillers and finishes. Ideal abrasive for super-fine finish on fillers, finish coats, reliable surface, fiberglass and plastics. Platin abrasive is the best choice for extra-fine sanding work, polishing preparation and matting. The soft foam backing adapts to any surface geometry, ensures perfect pressure distribution, and is suitable for dry and wet sanding. Compatible with Festool RO 90 DX and other 3.5-inch sanders.
